Winter Working Camps 2008-2009

RENEWAL OF TOURIST SITE

Each country disposes of their natural resources which represent the heritage and richness of the country.
Thus, tourists from around the world visit these sites and take advantage of the wholesomeness and kindness that is offered. The waterfall in Lomé which at one time was ignored by the people of Togo and tourists now represents a more attractive site among so many others in Togo. However the accessibility appears quite difficult because of the mountain and the lack of road maintenance in order to drive there.
The organisation of young people in the village of Womé is motivated to render this site accessible to everyone.

T.A.F
During this winter , JHL with the help from the youth of Womé will clean the surrounding areas of the waterfall. Develop the road through the mountains in order to create easier accessibility to the beauty of this waterfall with the aim of attracting more tourists to visit the site and benefit from the freshness opf its waters.
